 .m.\n\nIN LEBANON\, THE HEART OF KENTUCKY\n\nIt's the 2024 Dickens Christm
 as celebration\, set for Friday\, Nov. 29 in downtown Lebanon\, the Heart 
 of Kentucky. There'll be ice skating\, a huge parade\, horse-drawn carriag
 e rides\, vendors\, events\, a chili cookoff\, free hot dogs\, Santa. \n\n
 Also\, many retail stores will be doing things to join in and help expand
