 t’s that time of year again! Memorial Day Murph! As always\, any and all
  in the community are invited! I will provide MULTIPLE scaling options\, a
 long with partner versions! This is just a small way for us here at LND to
  say THANK YOU to all of those who have lost their lives during active dut

 rve today!!\n\nIf you are in the world of fitness or are familiar with Cro
 ssFit\, you have probably heard of the Murph Challenge. Every year on Memo
 rial Day\, people across the globe honor fallen service members by complet
 ing the Murph challenge. The Murph workout is a CrossFit workout where you
  run one mile\, do 100 pull-ups\, 200 push-ups\, 300 bodyweight squats\, a
 nd then run another mile while wearing a 20lb vest.
