SUMMARY:St. Charles Parish Picnic
DESCRIPTION:St. Charles Parish in St. Mary is preparing for its annual pari
 sh picnic on Saturday\, June 6\, featuring food\, games\, raffles\, and fa
 mily activities for the community.\nThe event will begin with Mass at 4 p.
 m. at St. Charles Parish in St. Mary\, Kentucky. Dinner will be served fro
 m 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. inside the parish’s air-conditioned dining room. C
 arry-out meals will also be available.\nAdult meals are $15 and include ri
 beye steak\, potatoes\, green beans\, slaw\, and dessert. The steaks will 
 be grilled by members of the Marion County Cattlemen’s Association. Chil
 dren’s meals are $8 and include a hamburger or hot dog\, chips\, and des
 sert.\nThe picnic will also feature several attractions throughout the eve
 ning\, including a Create-A-Jar booth\, cake booths\, a silent auction\, a
 nd a 50/50 drawing.\nOne of the highlights of the event will be the Capita
 l Prize raffle\, with a top prize of $10\,000. Raffle tickets are $10 each
 . Organizers note that if fewer than 2\,000 tickets are sold\, the raffle 
 will become a 50/50 split of the pot.\nChurch members and organizers invit
 e the public to attend for an evening of food\, fellowship\, and entertain
 ment while supporting the parish community.
