SUMMARY:Walking Challenge Kick off Meeting - New Date
DESCRIPTION:The program is designed to meet at least three times per the 12
 -week session. The first session will give participants information about 
 the program\, the middle session will be a check in\, and the final sessio
 n the participants will get an evaluation about the program. Each week the
  participants will receive a newsletter to help keep them motivated which 
 will also include healthy eating recipes. On the first session\, the parti
 cipants will also receive a walking log and sample schedule. The participa
 nt with the most miles or steps logged will win a gift certificate to Leba
 non Health and Fitness.
