The Marion County 9/11 Patriot Day Ceremony will take place at the Loretto Park on Saturday, Sep 9 at 1 p.m. The guest speaker will be Lt. Scott Shaw of the Cincinnati Fire Department. Lt. Shaw responded to NYC after 9/11 to assist FDNY at Ground Zero. He formerly worked for the Campbellsville/Taylor County Rescue. Providing musical selections at the event will be Loretto native Jimmy Yates. A reception will follow the ceremony.
