We are excited for the upcoming 48th Springfield Washington County Chamber of Commerce Sorghum Festival!
As you review the schedule please note there are some new times as well as new event sections that we are excited to add.
-Farm to City Breakfast (WC Fair Board) breakfast was moved to 8:00 a.m.
-Food Trucks will open for lunch on Friday at 11:00 a.m. come enjoy something different for lunch and enjoy downtown dining.
-Art Contest Gallery Viewing (Deadline to submit entries is Sept. 27th) Will feature a specialty food booth as well as a beverage booth.
-Kids Festival Area opens with new attractions *more details to come in the next week*
Sorghum Saturday
-Rotary Sorghum Festival Breakfast will return- Come enjoy breakfast with us on Main Street
-Play on the Farm at the The Craft Box will feature sensory play and crafts- located outside the Craft Box on Upper Cross Main Street
-Infant Changing and Feeding Station will be located at the top of upper Cross Main Street near the Craft Box. This location allows families to change their little ones with the comfort of provided wipes and sanitary items as well as partitioned areas for infant feeding away from distractions and crowds. This new section of the festival is sponsored by Physicians to Children.
