Why Stroke Screenings Matter
Stroke is the 5th leading cause of death in the United States and a leading cause of long-term disability.
Nearly 800,000 Americans experience a stroke each year — that’s one every 40 seconds.
High blood pressure is the #1 risk factor for stroke, yet many people don’t realize their blood pressure is elevated.
Up to 80% of strokes are preventable with early detection and lifestyle changes.
Community health is at the heart of what we do, and we’re committed to providing resources that help keep you and your family safe, informed, and healthy.
