Higdon Announces 2026 Legislative Coffees and Prayer Breakfast Across 14th District

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Dec. 5, 2025) — Senator Jimmy Higdon, R-Lebanon, has released the schedule for his final round of Legislative Coffees and the 24th Annual Josephine Nuckols Legislative Prayer Breakfast ahead of the 2026 Legislative Session. These community events give residents a chance to hear priorities for the upcoming year, ask questions, and connect directly with their state lawmakers.
Higdon said this year’s gatherings hold special meaning as he prepares to retire at the end of his current term.
“This is a tradition I started 24 years ago when I was first elected,” Higdon said. “These will be extra special to me, and I hope to see many of you there.”
