It’s 1958, and Rock and Roll star Conrad Birdie (think, Elvis Presley) has been drafted into the army causing devastation amongst the nation’s female population. His absence might also tank the Almaelou Music Corporation and derail Rose Alverez’s wedding plans to Conrad’s talent agent, Albert Peterson. Enter Rosie’s scheme to save the day by having Conrad give “One Last Kiss” to one special girl and sell a bunch of records before he ships out. If everyone will cooperate, it just might work. However, a jealous boyfriend, an irate father, an out of control Conrad and Albert’s overbearing mother will do their best to ruin the plan.
