Attention all athletes and parents! Spring View Women’s and Children’s Clinic is excited to announce that we will offer sports physicals for only $30 from July 8th through 11th! Call 270.699.4638 to make an appointment or walk in anytime Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (we are closed for lunch from 12p to 1p). Our clinic is located at 330 Loretto Rd. Lebanon, KY 40033. This is a wonderful opportunity to prioritize the health of your young athletes. Don’t miss out!
