Trick or Treating in the City of Lebanon will be from 5:30 till 7:30 p.m. on October 31. The road will be closed to through traffic from North Spalding Avenue at M.L. King to Woodlawn and all side streets in that area will have barricades. Also there will be an event set up behind the David R Hourigan Government building on the corner of No. Spalding and M.L. King sponsored by American Legion Post 4910.
