Announcing the Heritage Center’s special exhibit for 2024! With a history in central Kentucky dating back to 1812, it should come as no surprise that many Loretto members have ties to families in the local area. This exhibit highlights some of these connections and stories, pulling from the many types of resources in Loretto’s archives and collections. Be sure to check out “Weaving Family Webs” at the museum by December 6, 2024!
(The Loretto Heritage Center museum is open Tuesday-Friday 11 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.; we are happy to make appointments for visitors outside of these times. Admission is always free.) Follow the Loretto Heritage Center on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/LorettoHeritage . The Loretto Heritage Center includes both an archive and a museum of the 200-year history. It is located on the grounds of the Loretto Motherhouse at 515 Nerinx Road, Nerinx, KY 40049.
