Board Certified Health Coach Beverly Smith, will give a hands-on look at the Holistic Medicine Cabinet. Tea tasting, demonstration of some simple home remedies and discussion and question time. This class is being held for informational and discussion purposes. All practices should of course be utilized at the discretion of the attendees and/or with conference with their regular medical practitioner . Attendees will be asked to disclose any allergies prior to the class.
