Outside Fleamarket spots available.
Management has a right to schedule special events outside, which will not allow anyone to set up outside. There will be proper notice when this happens. Also rates will change with special events as in 68 yard-sale.
No scheduled spots. All areas will be picked by first come first serve. No trailers no wagons. All areas must be set up with tables. Please keep a flow to the set up so that the customers can walk through. Would like everyone to set up in some sort of a line.
Can be as big within reason of an area set up.
You are responsible for your stuff; for taking payment, for the set up and take down of your stuff. Nothing overnight can be left on the property in any type of container. You must pay management before setting up. Do not care the hours you are open, but you pay for a spot from 12am to 12 am of that day. You are responsible for any licenses needed for your business or product that you sell.
Outside spots are flat $10 per day.
$50 for a week that is Monday to Sunday.
$150 for 30 days or 4 weeks.
Excludes special event! You will not be able to set up if special events and this be told ahead of purchasing. Days can be added around the special event to keep your 30 days.
