Santa’s Workshop, an annual tradition made possible by Farmers National Bank, returns this year to the 2023 Dickens Christmas in downtown Lebanon, the Heart of Kentucky. It’s all set for this Friday, Nov. 24, the day after Thanksgiving. Dickens gets underway at 5 p.m. with ice skating, miniature train rides and much more. Children can visit the workshop beginning at 5 p.m. They’ll find decorations, workers busy doing Christmas duties, and even the Grinch there to greet them. After the Dickens Christmas Parade at 6:30 p.m., Santa will be in the workshop for visits. Also in the workshop is a Santa letter mailbox. Children may drop their letter in and bank staffers will do their best to get those letters delivered on time.
