Here is a look at this week at MCPL! As usual, events with a “*” next to them require registration which you can find in our Weekly Newsletter. You will be able to find this post as well as the Weekly Newsletter pinned at the top of our Facebook feed.
We have some really exciting events coming up this week like Homemaking on the Kentucky Frontier w/ Eddie Price! You can learn all about how the early settlers of Kentucky lived on Tuesday at 5:30PM, so be sure to join us for that all ages event.
We also have Beginners Beekeeping for Kids with the Green River Beekeepers! Bring those kiddos (ages 5-13) to learn about what Beekeeping is and how it works. We also have a Teen Game Night Thursday from 4-6PM. Teens can come and play video games as well as board games, so bring your friends and see who’s really the best at Super Smash Bros.

In addition to the weekly newsletter, we also use Facebook to make quick announcements such as library closures or modified hours due to winter weather. We are open every day but Sunday.

Remember some events do require pre registration and don’t forget there is now a Loretto branch of the Marion County Public Library.
