We have a lot going on this week at MCPL! One of the many things we are most excited about this week is that we will be doing a couple of things at both our Main Branch and our Loretto Branch. One of those things is Voter Registration. If you are not registered to vote, come down to the Loretto Branch on the 16th, or the Main Branch on the 17th. Voter registration will be happening from 10AM-5:30PM at their respective locations. We will also have an Adult Craft at both locations this week. We will be doing Diamond painting on the 17th at the Main Branch at 1PM, and at the Loretto Branch on the 18th at 4PM.
We will also have a couple big presentations from different speakers this week. First we will have Ron Pen from the Kentucky Humanities Speakers Roster joining us for “Echoes of the Hills” where he will be telling us about the history of music in Kentucky. Come enjoy the rich history and music of Kentucky with us on the 19th at 1PM. All ages welcome!
We will also have presenters from the Kentucky Bigfoot Research Organization with us on Saturday the 21st at 3PM. Come learn more about one of your favorite cryptids with us! All ages will be welcome for this event as well.
Last but not least don’t forget to take a look at our Bookmobile schedule. If you cant make it to the library, why not see when the library will be coming to you?
