Here is a look at this week at MCPL! We are of course closed today for Labor Day, and we do hope that all of our patrons have enjoyed their long Labor Day weekend.
This week Toddler Tales will return Tuesday at 10:30AM. Be sure to bring those kiddos for reading, playing, singing, and crafting with Ms. Rachael. We will also have our first free play event: Tower Tumbler. This event is for elementary aged kiddos. Parents must be present for Free Play.
Coffee with Veterans will be this Thursday, however, instead of starting at 9AM, this month it will begin at 10AM. We will have a speaker this month who will talk about how you can help a Veteran in crisis for suicide prevention month. If you or someone you know is a Veteran, please consider coming to this very important meeting.
Teens (grades 7-12) can join us Thursday at 5PM for a festival themed craft. We will be crafting paper lanterns! We also have Teen Adventure Guild on Saturday at 10AM, so if you are a teen interested in learning more about DnD, feel free to join us!
Last but not least: if you can’t make it to the Library, check out our Bookmobile Community Stop Schedule, and see when the library is coming to a location near you!

In addition to the weekly newsletter, we also use Facebook to make quick announcements such as library closures or modified hours due to winter weather. We are open every day but Sunday.
While you may see some of the events highlighted individually on our VisitLebanonKY calendar there is so much going on that we suggest you get on the email list and follow the library on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/MarionCoPublicLibrary
Remember some events do require pre registration and don’t forget there is now a Loretto branch of the Marion County Public Library.
