Here is a look at this week at MCPL! We have lots of exciting events coming up this week for all different age groups. Monday we have a Kids Origami Book Craft at 4PM for ages 5-12 as well as our Fiber Arts Club for ages 14+ at 5:30PM. Whether you cross stitch, crochet, knit, or embroider, bring in your latest project to Fiber Arts Club and create with us! Tuesday we have Toddler Tales with Ms. Rachael at 10:30AM, and a Teen Craft where we will be making perler bead cow keychains at 5PM for grades 7-12.
Wednesday we will have Chair Yoga at 10AM with the wonderful Susan Crum-Cox, and a Kids Craft where we will be making Old MacDonald felt finger puppets at 3PM for ages 5-12. Thursday we will have our Friends of the Library Meeting at 4PM. If you are interested in joining the Friends of the Library or helping the Library gain extra funding through fundraising check out the Friends of the Library for ways you can help!
We will also have another Teen Craft Thursday where we will be making Pressed Flower Butterflies at 5PM for grades 7-12. Friday we will have a kids Pokémon Challenge Craft! We will be doing Pokémon Diamond Painting at 4PM for ages 5-12. We also have an Adult Paint & Sip for ages 18+ where we will be sipping our favorite beverages (tea, coffee, cocoa, etc.) and painting. This event does require registration which you can find by following the link below. Finally, Saturday we will have Teen Café at 10AM for grades 7-12.
You can also see from the attached image where the Bookmobile will be coming to you this week! If you can’t make it in to the library check out the Bookmobile schedule and see when the Library will be near you!

Remember some events do require pre registration and don’t forget there is now a Loretto branch of the Marion County Public Library.
