The program is designed to meet at least three times per the 12-week session. The first session will give participants information about the program, the middle session will be a check in, and the final session the participants will get an evaluation about the program. Each week the participants will receive a newsletter to help keep them motivated which will also include healthy eating recipes. On the first session, the participants will also receive a walking log and sample schedule. The participant with the most miles or steps logged will win a gift certificate to Lebanon Health and Fitness.
