Join us on July 2 at 6 p.m. at the Marion County Historical Society (115 S. Proctor Knott Ave) as we celebrate America’s 250th.
Step back in time with Geoff Baggett and experience the Revolutionary War like never before. “Revolutionary War in a Trunk” is an interactive program where visitors can explore a wooden trunk filled with 18th-century weapons, tools, clothing, and everyday items. This unique presentation brings to life what it was like to live on the Kentucky frontier in the 1770s.
Seating is limited, so please RSVP to reserve your spot.
This program was funded in part by the Kentucky Humanities and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
*No end time was listed on the event page. The time listed is strictly a space holder.
