It’s that time of year again! Memorial Day Murph! As always, any and all in the community are invited! I will provide MULTIPLE scaling options, along with partner versions! This is just a small way for us here at LND to say THANK YOU to all of those who have lost their lives during active duty and to say THANK YOU to all those who have served and who continue to serve today!!
If you are in the world of fitness or are familiar with CrossFit, you have probably heard of the Murph Challenge. Every year on Memorial Day, people across the globe honor fallen service members by completing the Murph challenge. The Murph workout is a CrossFit workout where you run one mile, do 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 bodyweight squats, and then run another mile while wearing a 20lb vest.
