My name is Chelsie, and I work with NECCO Foster Care. I’m reaching out because we are in desperate need of foster homes for children in Kentucky. We receive close to 500 referrals each month and, unfortunately, we have to say no to far too many due to a lack of foster families.
We understand that fostering may not be something everyone can do, but one of the greatest ways you can support us is through word of mouth and helping us spread awareness in the community.
We would love opportunities to partner with your church/school/organization in ways such as:
Hosting an informational session about foster care
Setting up a table at back-to-school bashes or community events
Sharing flyers or allowing us to leave business cards
Sponsoring sports teams or classrooms to help raise awareness
Exploring other creative partnership ideas you may have
We are open to any opportunity to connect with families who may feel called to foster or support children in care.
